Ashirwaad

Shivnath Chaudhari, a landlord and a gentleman, lives amidst luxury but loves spending time with common folk of his village, much to the embarrassment of his wife. Her toleration ends the day Shivnath steals her money to help the villagers, and she has their huts burned down. Shivnath leaves home and goes through a series of heart-wrenching experiences including separation, destruction, murder, and fourteen years in prison. Many years later, Shivnath chances upon a young prison doctor and his fiancee who dislikes convicts; she is actually Shivnath’s own daughter.
